We are a fully registered and compliant African, Mauritian, Authorised Company. The principals of OAL have very senior business, political and personal relations within many African countries, to a greater degree being; DRC (Congo), Eswatini (Swaziland), Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Sao Tome, Sierra Leone, Zambia, Zimbabwe. Although Africa has over 50 countries, our relations in a number of treaty organisations and unions allow OAL to operate within a very free and open arena. And we have come to experience that it can take less than one month to open doors to engage with new ministries or foreign affairs and senior resident NGO’s. Likewise, those NGO’s are always networked via high, credible sources that we verify, reverify and engage. Therefore, we would always encourage our associate partner to propose their preferred host country, or culture, or favoured region to engage. |
ENGAGEMENT AND PROTOCOL – ASSOCIATE // MANDATE AGREEMENT
As a result of our combined partnership(s) – we can receive enquiries from all discipline sectors, for example;
- Enquires received from Developers, IPP’s and or largescale contractors, we would prefer to enter into a mandate arrangement where specific host country information and performance or capacity criteria is specified; such as 250MW NG energy plant, mega-scale solar projects or 1,000kms roads rehabilitation, etc.
- Enquiries from NGO’s can seek, such as, EPC+F structure for a specified scope and value where at least pre-feasibilities and business case is completed and available.
- Enquiries from lending agencies seeking host countries as clients, to fund projects.

As experienced partners in finance, business and infrastructure, OAL do not commit to any condition or criteria that is not specified or agreed upon by the associate party.
